Small dip into the past among spices and aromas and just a few hints to learn more.
The class takes place in the season from September to May on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 4:45 p.m. and lasts about four hours.
It includes a four-course menu: vegetarian appetizer, a first course, a second course and a dessert, with dishes from Florentine Renaissance cuisine, like a real banquet at the time of the Medici, but no feathers and gold!!!
We will use only “km0″ seasonal products and the main foods of the 1400s, such as grains, breads, white meats and spices of the time.
The price is €60 per person.
