In the company of Chefactory Cooking Academy’s Saff participate in this unique experience, walking around and tasting our typical and prestigious products from the Central Market of St. Lorenzo.

Focaccia, truffles, unique balsamic vinegars, cantucci and more. Learn how to choose like a Chef the best SLOW FOOD products and the freshest KM “O” herbs! Then a walk down Via Cavour to our fully equipped workshops where together, we will have a typical Tuscan 4-course lunch that changes seasonally with what nature has to offer consisting of antipasto, fresh handmade pasta, meat main course and dessert.

The class is absolutely “HANDS ON” so that the satisfaction is 100% especially tasting everything with wine from the Tuscan hills.

But the fun continues, as at the end of this unique experience, we will give you our booklets of recipes made together that you will take with you and remember us redoing everything at home for you and your loved ones.

The Market Tour takes place on Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays from 9:45 a.m. with a duration of about 4-5 hours.
The meeting point is at the statue in front of S. Lorenzo Church.
